TRANSPARENT LABORATORY - CONCEPT BRIEF (Feb. 2009)
We are asked to explain Einstein’s Theory of Relativity in an experimental visual communication to people
who are not scientists
but
like to know how things work.
As the Einstein’s Theory of Relativity has difficulties to illustrate in real life, we explained through
a
mockumentary based on the fictional character who used his speed both on the track and
when carrying out everyday tasks.
This
was based on one of the basics of the Theory of Relativity, “As seen by an outside observer at rest,
time will move more slowly for
an
object moving close to the speed of light”.
It is not possible to move the speed of light currently,
if being placed in high velocity
steadily,
it would slows down the ageing process by changing time vector into velocity vector.
